Yoga Now classes develop attunement with body and mind while learning to enjoy freedom, flow, and ease.

When body and mind are at ease, healing occurs naturally, joy rises to the surface, and we experience clarity and renewed energy.

Chairs, props and blankets are provided for full accessibility, and you may bring yours if you’d like too.
